Thanks for shopping at WERA

When you order a customised piece we have a 4 step process

to make sure you can design exactly what you want.

Step 1

​

You first fill out the design brief to give me the specifics of what you want.

Step 2

​

There is a consultation fee of 35 charged which will be subtracted from the final cost of the painting if you decide to purchase it.

I send you a sketch showing size, composition, colours and theme (marine, ocean, mountain, e.t.c) within 48 hours.

Step 3

​

When you approve this sketch the artwork will be painted and shipped within 2-3 weeks. (It may be possible sooner, this depends on the workload at that time, you can make a special request if you need it within a certain timeframe, I will certainly do my best)

Before it is shipped I will send a photo of the painting, and if you decide you do not want it you will only be charged the consultation fee of 35 which includes the cost of the sketch.

 

Step 4

If you decide to keep it, you pay the full cost and it is shipped out to you.

If it is damaged on arrival you entitled to a full refund, plus the cost of shipping.
